As you already know, I sent a letter to the Kent County Friend of the Court staff attorney, Dan Fojtik, after not receiving a signed order from the January 6, 2006 motion hearing. Low and behold, Kent County doesn't respond, and this afternoon the Order shows up. The best part, is that the dates are made to comply with the court rule that I reference on an undated "attested" copy of the Order. The Judge should have signed the Order on or around 13th or the 16th of January and mailed to me within 7 days. Instead Dan Fojtik gets a stamped Judge's signature and a stamp that says January 20, 2006 on the Order and gets it mailed out exactly seven days later on January 27, 2006, within 24 hours of my letter pointing out their intentional "oversight."
Many more complaints are coming in from litigants involved in CPS and Domestic Relations Cases about Dan Fojtik, G. Patrick Hillary, and the other "judicial officers" of Kent County, MI. These officials have so severely corrupted my case for my children and other people's cases beyond the rule of ethics and common decency, putting our children and rights at risk. These judicial participants in the destruction of family for profit along with their supporters should resign from office for their blatant disregard for common decency and ethics as well as for their promotion in degrading all families to the role of ward of the state and welfare recipients.
