Special Report: Congressional Guidelines For Abusing Women

Be sure to listen to or download this spectacular episode: Download Now!

On Get Off The Bench: 3/26/2008 Special Report: Congressional Guidelines For Abusing Women? Members of the True Equality Network will be joining Get Off The Bench Host Lary Holland to discuss their recent public report covering the abuse of women in domestic violence shelters. Their press release and report are accessible below. Be sure to tune into Get Off The Bench at 8PM EDT through the website http://www.getyourjusticelive.com or dial directly into the show at 724-444-7444, enter talk cast id: 43507, if prompted for a pin, simply press 1#.

True Equality Network was formed to educate the general public and our nation's law makers of the failures of numerous federal programs and of the abuses of federal funding systems effecting the sovereignty of the American family.

Our public report covering our abuse shelter investigations is getting broad distribution. We have already done the first of nine scheduled shows. Last Friday, March 21st, we were on the “The Chuck Baker Show,” KWYD 1580 AM in Colorado Springs CO along with Dr. Charles E. Corry of the Equal Justice Foundation.

Since the adaptation of welfare reform and the passage the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), the social policies and civil liberties of the United States have collapsed with regard to family law, causing our legislatures and courts to become the shills of radical ideologues.

This report is a blunt exposé of how women are being physically and emotionally abused and forced into sexual servitude by shelter workers in order to be permitted to stay in the shelter. This report contains links to candid video testimony by victims of abuse who experienced even greater abuse at the hands of the shelter staff.

The report contains content and links that are not suitable for children and younger teen readers.

A great deal more findings exist than this public version of the report discloses. Those omitted details have been reported to the United States Congress and applicable law enforcement agencies. We have been advised by those agencies and our legal counsel not to disclose the names of the shelters we infiltrated and investigated, which states they are in, or the names of specific individual perpetrators.

Note that VAWA was enacted supported by studies, abet based on false and fabricated statistics, using samples sets of 5 to 15 thousand. There were over 1.5 million TRO’s issued by the states annually prior to VAWA. That is sample sets ranging from .33% to 1.00% of the cases.

There are approximately 18,000 shelters in the US, we investigated 417 of them to date, and that is 2.31% of them. By years end we will have completed the investigation, which will have then infiltrated and investigated 1,200 shelters or 6.67% of them. Even at one third of the way completed, our investigation is already using a sample set twice of what the largest study VAWA used to justify spending billions of tax-dollars to abuse and rape women.

Our women either paid the per diem charges to stay at the shelter as residents or donated the equivalent amount under fake names to the shelter where they stayed. The True Equality women who were employed at the shelters donated their entire paycheck (under fake names) adding the funds needed to equal their gross pay from the shelter. Thus, we did not use once cent of tax dollars to conduct this investigation.

Although we thank the major corporations and individuals for their generous donations to the shelters, we must warn them that unknown to them they are helping to fund the abuse and rape of women. We advise them to look closely at what their generosity is being used for, noting our investigation reveals that many of the shelters are doing anything but protecting women from abuse, providing training and helping them escape from eternal victimhood. In fact, many of the women we interviewed during this investigation returned to their abusive relationships because they felt safer there. As example one women conveyed to us that, "At least while I was at home the neighbors could hear me screaming. Here, even the social workers are abusing me."

The message women are getting from the shelter's staffs is;

Have sex with the staff or get out!

Have You Heard About The Equal Parenting Bike Trek?

Several Michigan Fathers will be pedaling bycycles 758 miles from Lansing, Michigan to Washington, D.C. The event... known as the Equal Parenting Bike Trek. The purpose? To raise awareness that children need both parents. The 2007 Equal Parenting Bike Trek was a smashing success! Review the complete media coverage of last year's event. 2007 Equal Parenting Bike Trek - Pictures.

The 2008 Equal Parenting Bike Trek is already shaping up to be bigger and better than our 2007 event.

"A grueling 758 mile cycling trek to raise awareness of a child's fundamental right to be loved, guided, educated and nurtured equally by both fit and willing parents."

Five Michigan fathers will pedal their bicycles 758 miles from Lansing, MI to Washington, D.C.

Robb MacKenzie - Upper Penninsula of Michigan - US EPBT Founder - 2007 cyclist

Robert Pedersen - West Michigan - 2007 Runner-Up Winner in Best Life Magazine's National Hero Dad Contest, Co-Founder of A Child's Right - 2007 cyclist

Brian Downs, Esq. - Grand Rapids MI - Running for Judge in Kent County MI in 2008

Derek Bailey, MSW - Traverse City MI - American Indian. Founder of Dance4Equality

Mike Saxton - Lansing MI - Dads of Michigan

Michigan Advocates continue to progressively advance equal parenting into the mainstream political and media channels. Many of the Michigan family organizations have taken a stance that equal parenting should be the status quo for fit, willing, and caring parents without government interference.

Friend of the Courts Advised to Stop Extorting Money From Michigan Citizens

Many of the various courts' employees frequently read Family Court Reports, which is why it is here. Finally the State Court Administrator's office advised the Friend of the Courts to stop extortion tactics of Michigan Citizens and they have some new directives from the Michigan State Court Administrator's Office with regard to the felony prosecution referral issues. In the past people were complaining that Friend of the Court Offices were threatening them to pay or go to jail which qualifies under the extortion statute (MCLA 750.213) in Michigan. You might remember the article written last year and circulated to judges, referees, and friend of the court officials titled:

Has the Friend of the Court Attempted to Extort Money From You? (Lary Holland)

People were definitely answering yes to the question that the article posed. Well just recently the SCAO issued new guidelines.

The new SCAO Guidelines for Felony Prosecution include a new item:http://courts.michigan.gov/scao/resources/other/scaoadm/2008/2008-03.pdf

FOC communication with a payer who may be referred for prosecution
TheFOC must communicate with payers concerning the civil aspects of the
case -- even with payers who have been referred for criminal prosecution. The FOC should refrain from discussing the criminal proceedings with the payer and should not threaten to refer the case for criminal prosecution in an attempt to obtain child support payments in the case.10 The FOC does not have the authority to negotiate settlement of a pending criminal action.

10 MCL 750.213 reads: Sec. 213. Malicious threats to extort money - Any person who shall, either orally or by a written or printed communication, maliciously threaten to accuse another of any crime or offense, or shall orally or by any written or printed communication maliciously threaten any injury to the person or property or mother, father, husband, wife or child of another with intent thereby to extort money or any pecuniary advantage whatever, or with intent to compel the person so threatened to do or refrain from doing any act against his will, shall be guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment in the state prison not more than 20 years or by a fine of not more than $10,000 dollars.
It is certainly good to see that the friend of the court is trying to seal some critical loop holes. I will be issuing several other conflict of interest opinions this year to see if they continue listening.

New Episode of Get Off The Bench: Everything You Need to Know Part 2

Get Off The Bench: getyourjusticelive.com

New Episode of Get Off The Bench at www.getyourjusticelive.com Wednesday March 12, 2008!

UPDATE!

Episode 67: Everything You Needed To Know

Episode 69: Everything You Needed To Know Part 2

Due to great success, we are repeating and expanding the March 6, 2008 show, on Wednesday March 12, 2008 at 8:00pm Eastern, with an even larger number of National Board Directors from the United Civil Rights Councils of America available to answer your questions.

Lary Holland (Get Off The Bench!) hosts several of the UCRCoA National Board Directors:
Bruce Eden, Donald Tenn, Keith Owen, Minister Ron Smith, Robert Roy, Sheryle Hutter, and Torm Howse

Also expected: Dr. Frederick Graves and, maybe even one or two others by then: http://unitedcivilrights.org/ UCRCoA_Board. html

Come UNITE with many other like-minded people, Wednesday at 8:00pm Eastern, as the UCRCoA National Board Directors will gather together to open your ears, by providing detailed plans and information for several large and exciting national events this year under the combined family/parents rights and due process rights movement, and now scheduled for an entire series of building-block dates, progressing throughout this coming Spring, Summer, and Fall:Last Thursday's "special edition" show -- all about UCRCoA -- was joined by a handful of the National Board Directors dropping by, even on very short notice, which helped to generate a LOT of public interest, traffic, etc...

A sizable number of people were hooked in by phones and computers, from all across the entire country, and we had a number of great questions from the general audience (often asked by various UCRCoA state and county leaders who had also joined in the call/show). The extra momentum also helped also carry through into Ron and Robin's show immediately following thereafter.

Since the show was such a great success, with lots of people following through (which is the movement's need...), we decided on the fly to just do it again on March 12, 2008 Wednesday evening, at 8pm EST, and you are all invited to encourage other people to join in, see what all the buzz is about, and to help ask questions for the benefit of bashful others listening, who are also wanting to understand better. You may also listen here to last night's very successful involvement of people coming together: http://www.talkshoe .com/tc/43507 (Episode 67, Thursday, March 6th, 2008)

Please plan to participate in next Wednesday evening's continuation show on all about UCRCoA, where we will provide more information on so many things happening, and field and answer questions from the audience throughout. Thanks again for helping bring the movement together! We are ... UNITED!

Theft Running Rampid in State Child Support Programs

I have been following a fair number of reports where individuals are being caught embezzling from the tax payers, committing fraudulent transfers, and identity theft through the various State Child Support Programs. The programs have grown so quickly that there is insufficient oversight to ensure that the programs help those who have need. Instead the programs are bloated with over-participation and lack of oversight.

The Keizertimes is a publication for the Keizer community, and focuses on Keizer-specific news and events. Recently it reported Former DOJ employee charged with ID theft. It wasn't just identity theft though, it was actual theft from the tax payers and children as well. There has been a tremendous amount of liability associated with identity theft from the State operated and Federally funded child support enforcement programs.

Original Story Published 2-29-08: http://www.keizertimes.com/news/story.cfm?story_no=9130

A theft investigation spanning nearly six months culminated in the arrest of two Keizer residents on Friday, Feb. 22.

The lack of oversight involved in the State Child Support Programs are definitely causing more harm than good when it comes to the potential for identity theft, fraud, and embezzlement.

The state sends out child support payments on a ReliaCard debit system. The investigation began when a woman receiving child support payments said more than $7,000 in child support payments were missing from her account. The victim's card had been mailed to a vacant address in Keizer and had been used to withdraw funds from Salem and Keizer-area automated teller machines.

Don't forget the article Identity Theft: Opt Out Of Family Court Services!

More fraud and embezzlement below!

Fort Bend Woman Guilty in Child Support Fraud Ring

If it isn't the actual child support enforcement officers stealing from the taxpayers, then its more greedy participants aiming to defraud taxpayers, parents, and children of green. The Title IV-D program is
plagued with over participation, fraud, and misrepresentation to the public that money is destined for children, but in reality the money goes into everyone else's pockets but the children's. The Katy Times, serving Katy, Tx and the surrounding suburban communities released the story on June 1, 2007 about a Fort Bend, Indiana Woman being found guilty in another Child Support Fraud Scheme. (Katy Times,
"Fort Bend Woman Guilty in Child Support Fraud Ring," June 1, 2007)
