Peter Walsh has stooped to an all-time low today by sending me a copy of a fax that he sent his friend, Daniel J. Fojtik (Title IV-D welfare attorney at Kent County Circuit Court). The letter shows the collaborative effort between the two of them and demonstrates once again the close ties they share together. Peter Walsh actually fabricated evidence with the wrong date(s) on it and then tried to pin it on me as some type of creation that I have been involved with.

This is an all-time low Mr. Peter Walsh; you are caught fabricating evidence and submitting false statements publicly to a government official. The website that you are referencing is not “compiled” by me and your presentation is fraudulent, false, and misleading.
Look at the date of 4/28/2006 on the bottom of the some of the pages and then look at the date of the fax machine at the top. The date at the bottom is a fabrication of Mr. Peter Walsh. In fact, the date is in the future by over 24 hours. This is not the first time that Mr. Peter Walsh has either backdated, forward dated, or improperly presented false and misleading information with this court.
The content of the attached letter is categorically denied and the only reason for response is to give you one last chance to recant your false and misleading statements before I bring action against you personally.
