Please see attached my initial Request for Investigation of Courts and my follow-up to the same, of which both were faxed to the State Court Administrator’s Office. I have received no communication as to the disposition, if any, of either request. The first request was made on May 31, 2006 with a follow-up being made on July 6, 2006.
The Supreme Court of the State of Michigan has appointed the State Court Administrator to aid in the administration of the courts of this State. The Supreme Court has administrative oversight of Michigan’s courts and exercises that oversight through the SCAO. To date the SCAO has failed to respond to my communications regarding the attached Request for Investigation of Court made pursuant to MCR 8.113.
Although no response is explicitly mandated by the above-referenced court-rule, it would undermine the confidence of the public in the Judiciary if no response or attention was paid to the matter described in the attached Request.
Respectfully Submitted,
Lary Holland
