after getting home from Court I see the letter faxed late yesterday

The purpose of this letter is to respond to the memo that was apparently faxed yesterday afternoon.

Your client refused to discuss these issues prior to the filing of my motion, and trying to dangle the appearance of some type of agreement before going into that motion is a far cry from good faith communications between the parties. In fact, it is a day late, dollar short, and only adds to the evidence of tactics used by yourself and your client. Your offer is rejected and I will be taking this before Judge Pestka. Also rest assured I will be continuing this case to trial to ensure that my children’s interests are served. I will gladly sacrifice my personal freedoms and any future resources to protect the children’s needs and preferences.

As for all of your clients endeavors to better her life at the expense of the children pretty much makes all of her previous false allegations that I worked too much…. MOOT. As for talking outside both sides of your and her mouth… I guess that is why God gave us two sides of the mouth to use, because you and her are much better at it than I.

I don’t care if she takes 30 classes to supposedly better her position in life, the reality is, the children will never have a stable home life in her care, along with the short lived relationships, multitude of jobs, and other “improvements” that leave the children in the hands of a full-time babysitter. In fact, her past anxiety and attention disorders are not an asset, but a disability and NOT in the best interests of the children.

As for my employability… I expect to have the equivalent of your education level very shortly, as such I am in a Pre-Law transfer program which I seem to have been excelling in for some time now. I would encourage you to engage in some continuing education pertaining to legal ethics, as you have violated a very large number of the Rules of Professional Conduct. Quite frankly, your outbursts mirror those of your clients and I think that instead of attacking me all the time, you should spend some time to self-reflect and look at the needs of the children instead of a scorned ex-girlfriend’s quest for personal empowerment and personal power at the expense of the children’s preferences and needs.

You seem to have some influence over Judge Pestka the way you throw around your ability to have him imprison me, nonetheless that will be an unsuccessful threat to keep me out of the court to move this case forward like you have tried the past several times.
