Protein Wisdom sees RIGHT Through Title IV-D Smokescreen.

That's right folks, even the folks at Protein Wisdom see right through the Title IV-D smokescreen with one of their newest articles entitled The Mother of All Laws of Unintended Consequences.

Largely supported by Molly Olson's work at CPR in Minnesota, Protein Wisdom detailed the problems with Title IV-D on their front page earlier today.

Simply put, we need to remove the already self-sufficient families from the Title IV-D program so that the unintended consequence of States forcing the middle and upper class families into the program for additional revenue generation is rectified. This will allow the States to shrink 45% of their caseloads, allowing the States to streamline performance to aid those that the program was intended for.

Thanks to Protein Wisdom, tens of thousands more people were made aware of the problems with this unrestricted, free for all welfare program, that is wasting our tax dollars.

Meet Susan Borovich, St. Clair County's Slave Master

Susan BorovichThis woman's name is Susan Borovich, employee to the St. Clair County Judges as the Director of the Friend of the Court, St. Clair's Title IV-D Welfare department. She is smiling because she just became the head slavemaster. Under her "oversight" she will be involved with the Jail Alternative Plan, a program that forces its residents into an Indentured Servant program for no pay and will likely take away several paying jobs normally available to the general public. Be sure to watch for her at public locations and tell her what you think!

"The Jail Alternative Program, which will be overseen by St. Clair County Friend of the Court, will allow certain inmates sentenced for not paying child support to serve their sentences outside jail." The program forces residents to work without pay.

Read the background on the Thirteenth Amendment regarding slavery and indentured servitude as well as understanding more about the State impairment of contracts. In the meantime while you study up, watch for this lady and tell her to get a real job instead of praying on Title IV-D Welfare participants that are largely already self-sufficient residents that should not be trapped by the system at taxpayer expense.

Title IV-D Employee Embezzles Quarter of Million in Child Support Enforcement Money

That's right folks. A California Department of Child Support Services employee bilked the State Department of Child Support Services of more than $250,000.00!!! This is just another example of how the current Title IV-D program is abused by the various States that are voluntarily participating in the program. The state police have indicated that there are more than $300,000.00 worth of goods that the employee has in her possession that were purchased with at least one government credit card.

The complete article was written by the Sacramento Bee. http://www.sacbee.com and is preserved at this site to ensure people know where the money from this free for all welfare program are going. Its not about the kids at all. Its about stealing money from the taxpayers for the inclusion of the middle class and upper class families that are forced to participate in the program.

Looks like another breath of fresh air for people that are having problems with Michigan's Friend of the Court. I received a copy of a press release today that indicated there were new online services available, free of charge, for people that are having problems with the various Michigan/County Friend of the Court Offices. I have attached the complete press release below:

Midland County Friend of the Court Reduces Services

The Midland Daily News (January 31, 2007) reported today that "Due to recent county budget cuts, the Midland Friend of the Court needs to reduce services." This is great news for local residential property tax payers since a large number of open cases in Midland County are actually middle and upper-class families that should not be receiving free services in the first place. The Title IV-D program that funds the various Michigan Friend of the Courts is a free for all welfare spending program that has been burdening US taxpayers because a substantial number of people that are receiving services are affluent self-sufficient individuals that would not be beneficiaries of any other welfare program under Title IV.

How would you like to follow the Title IV-D Money Machine?

The Title IV-D Money Machine can be seen by clicking the link below. You can see how the money flows through as long as you have ADOBE PDF READER capabilities.

The free for all welfare spending of the Title IV-D program works similar from state to state with just a few organizational changes. A couple of states that participate in the voluntary welfare program operate with just Attorney General and Title IV-D Courts directly, while most have figured out how to grow massiv bureacracies like Michigan's Friend of the Court system.

Former Friend of the Court Employee Spills the Beans

Former Friend of the Court Employee, Carol Rhodes, spills the beans about Michigan's Friend of the Court System. "It's all about the money," she says. The State "is pimping out its children."

This is an incredible Krights Radio interview with Carol Rhodes, author of Friend of the Court Enemy of the Family, and Robert Pedersen, director of A Child's Right:

    Interview:

    http://www.hipcast. com/playweb? audioid=Pacc83e3 c51f75b3084f4612 be4b667efYlB% 2BQ1REYmJ8

Listen to the whole interview about Michigan's Friend of the Court system, because "it's not about the children" at all. Its about the money.

Watch as more employees come out about the Michigan Friend of the Court program that keeps growing with every child that they can fit into the program.
