Mens Issues: Taking a more supportive approach, Guest Harry Crouch

Harry Crouch of National Coalition for Men (a/k/a National Coalition of Free Men) joined host Lary Holland on Get Off The Bench Wednesday August 27, 2008. The discussion was simple, Men's Issues and a new approach to balancing the equality equation.

It is well understood that the area of gender discrimination and gender issues have been widely distorted by propaganda and misdirected federally funded programs, but many advocates don't seem to want to address the very real issues associated with "Mens' Issues." To those that don't want to stand up and help balance the media distortions and quiety tip toe around such issues "To hell with them," states Harry Crouch. Simply put, Harry Crouch exposes several key areas in the above episode of Get Off The Bench.

Harry Crouch is the current president of the NCFM-SD (National Coalition for Men in San Diego) and delivered a power message on Get Off The Bench. I encourage all to listen and help spread the messages that Men's Issues are quite real and help balance the gender equation by objective advocacy. It's not about being "anti-woman" it is about being "pro... man." No simpler explanation can be used.

If you are unfamiliar with Men's Issues, you can visit the California Men's Center website or watch the video below about the subject. It is a thoughtful and well guided piece on Men's Rights/Issues. Let me know what you think about Men's Issues via email at getoffthebench@familycourtreports.com. I will air some comments on our next show.

Barbara C. Johnson, continues fight for law license against Massachusetts BBO

Barbara C. Johnson appeared on Get Off The Bench, Sunday May 25, 2008, to discuss an ongoing series of cases associated with the Massachusetts Board Bar Overseers. Barbara Johnson is author of www.falseallegations.com as well as a candidate in the 2002 Gubernatorial Campaign in Massachusetts. Many people remember that her candidacy was the only one associated with court reform, removing judicial immunity, as well as having a big red firetruck in the race. Barb Johnson states "we put over 5000 miles on that truck in one month!"

The ongoing court battles between the State Bar (BBO) and Barbara Johnson is chronicled in a series of online postings known as the "Drano Series" at http://www.falseallegations.com. The appropriate court headings are Barb vs. BBO and BBO vs. Barb.

A popular quote comes to mind when I think of Barbara Johnson's campaign against the Judiciary by George Orwell (Author of 1984). In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act. Despite the attacks from the State Bar (BBO) she continues to advocate for court reform as well as reclaim her law license even at today's age of 73!

Special Report: Congressional Guidelines For Abusing Women

Be sure to listen to or download this spectacular episode: Download Now!

On Get Off The Bench: 3/26/2008 Special Report: Congressional Guidelines For Abusing Women? Members of the True Equality Network will be joining Get Off The Bench Host Lary Holland to discuss their recent public report covering the abuse of women in domestic violence shelters. Their press release and report are accessible below. Be sure to tune into Get Off The Bench at 8PM EDT through the website http://www.getyourjusticelive.com or dial directly into the show at 724-444-7444, enter talk cast id: 43507, if prompted for a pin, simply press 1#.

True Equality Network was formed to educate the general public and our nation's law makers of the failures of numerous federal programs and of the abuses of federal funding systems effecting the sovereignty of the American family.

Our public report covering our abuse shelter investigations is getting broad distribution. We have already done the first of nine scheduled shows. Last Friday, March 21st, we were on the “The Chuck Baker Show,” KWYD 1580 AM in Colorado Springs CO along with Dr. Charles E. Corry of the Equal Justice Foundation.

Since the adaptation of welfare reform and the passage the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), the social policies and civil liberties of the United States have collapsed with regard to family law, causing our legislatures and courts to become the shills of radical ideologues.

This report is a blunt exposé of how women are being physically and emotionally abused and forced into sexual servitude by shelter workers in order to be permitted to stay in the shelter. This report contains links to candid video testimony by victims of abuse who experienced even greater abuse at the hands of the shelter staff.

The report contains content and links that are not suitable for children and younger teen readers.

A great deal more findings exist than this public version of the report discloses. Those omitted details have been reported to the United States Congress and applicable law enforcement agencies. We have been advised by those agencies and our legal counsel not to disclose the names of the shelters we infiltrated and investigated, which states they are in, or the names of specific individual perpetrators.

Note that VAWA was enacted supported by studies, abet based on false and fabricated statistics, using samples sets of 5 to 15 thousand. There were over 1.5 million TRO’s issued by the states annually prior to VAWA. That is sample sets ranging from .33% to 1.00% of the cases.

There are approximately 18,000 shelters in the US, we investigated 417 of them to date, and that is 2.31% of them. By years end we will have completed the investigation, which will have then infiltrated and investigated 1,200 shelters or 6.67% of them. Even at one third of the way completed, our investigation is already using a sample set twice of what the largest study VAWA used to justify spending billions of tax-dollars to abuse and rape women.

Our women either paid the per diem charges to stay at the shelter as residents or donated the equivalent amount under fake names to the shelter where they stayed. The True Equality women who were employed at the shelters donated their entire paycheck (under fake names) adding the funds needed to equal their gross pay from the shelter. Thus, we did not use once cent of tax dollars to conduct this investigation.

Although we thank the major corporations and individuals for their generous donations to the shelters, we must warn them that unknown to them they are helping to fund the abuse and rape of women. We advise them to look closely at what their generosity is being used for, noting our investigation reveals that many of the shelters are doing anything but protecting women from abuse, providing training and helping them escape from eternal victimhood. In fact, many of the women we interviewed during this investigation returned to their abusive relationships because they felt safer there. As example one women conveyed to us that, "At least while I was at home the neighbors could hear me screaming. Here, even the social workers are abusing me."

The message women are getting from the shelter's staffs is;

Have sex with the staff or get out!

New Episode of Get Off The Bench: Everything You Need to Know Part 2

Get Off The Bench: getyourjusticelive.com

New Episode of Get Off The Bench at www.getyourjusticelive.com Wednesday March 12, 2008!

UPDATE!

Episode 67: Everything You Needed To Know

Episode 69: Everything You Needed To Know Part 2

Due to great success, we are repeating and expanding the March 6, 2008 show, on Wednesday March 12, 2008 at 8:00pm Eastern, with an even larger number of National Board Directors from the United Civil Rights Councils of America available to answer your questions.

Lary Holland (Get Off The Bench!) hosts several of the UCRCoA National Board Directors:
Bruce Eden, Donald Tenn, Keith Owen, Minister Ron Smith, Robert Roy, Sheryle Hutter, and Torm Howse

Also expected: Dr. Frederick Graves and, maybe even one or two others by then: http://unitedcivilrights.org/ UCRCoA_Board. html

Come UNITE with many other like-minded people, Wednesday at 8:00pm Eastern, as the UCRCoA National Board Directors will gather together to open your ears, by providing detailed plans and information for several large and exciting national events this year under the combined family/parents rights and due process rights movement, and now scheduled for an entire series of building-block dates, progressing throughout this coming Spring, Summer, and Fall:Last Thursday's "special edition" show -- all about UCRCoA -- was joined by a handful of the National Board Directors dropping by, even on very short notice, which helped to generate a LOT of public interest, traffic, etc...

A sizable number of people were hooked in by phones and computers, from all across the entire country, and we had a number of great questions from the general audience (often asked by various UCRCoA state and county leaders who had also joined in the call/show). The extra momentum also helped also carry through into Ron and Robin's show immediately following thereafter.

Since the show was such a great success, with lots of people following through (which is the movement's need...), we decided on the fly to just do it again on March 12, 2008 Wednesday evening, at 8pm EST, and you are all invited to encourage other people to join in, see what all the buzz is about, and to help ask questions for the benefit of bashful others listening, who are also wanting to understand better. You may also listen here to last night's very successful involvement of people coming together: http://www.talkshoe .com/tc/43507 (Episode 67, Thursday, March 6th, 2008)

Please plan to participate in next Wednesday evening's continuation show on all about UCRCoA, where we will provide more information on so many things happening, and field and answer questions from the audience throughout. Thanks again for helping bring the movement together! We are ... UNITED!
