One Vote One Person? Result: Who will keep the government in check?

Legislators caught on video casting votes, in violation of their own House Rules, casting votes more than once and attempting to cast votes for peers that are not present when votes are called. Go figure...but yet these cronies believe they know what is best for our own children.
